If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 5 days of receipt of your FTD order. You may call, come in person, or write to us.
We reserve the right to substitute flowers in order to provide you with a high quality product.
